Founder
Jennifer Williams

Jennifer, our passionate founder, embarked on a journey of advocacy after her son's civil commitment in 2017 left her searching, in vain, for support and resources. Fueled by the personal challenges she faced, Jennifer has transformed her struggle into our collective mission known as: F.A.C.T.S..
Over time, she has connected with numerous families facing similar battles, turning their shared experiences into a united fight. In response to the lack of available assistance, Jennifer initiated a dedicated platform, aiming to bring together over 400 families with loved ones in the Texas Civil Commitment Facility.
It is with a heartfelt commitment to justice and support, Jennifer invites others to join her in advocating for the rights and well-being of their cherished family members. To call Jennifer Williams direct, dial 817-501-3655 any time. Please reach out anytime. If she does not answer please leave a message. She WILL return your call! Lonnell Hanks

A dedicated mother, eagerly awaiting her son's release upon completing a six-year prison sentence in 2015, was profoundly disheartened to learn of his indefinite confinement in a discreetly labeled therapeutic facility often referred to as a "shadow prison." This revelation ignited a resolute commitment to the pursuit of justice.
Joining forces with like-minded individuals, she embarked on an advocacy journey to represent the 400+ men who had been denied their voice and civil rights, victims of a system that preemptively imposes punishment for potential future crimes.
Together, they endeavor to garner support from those who champion the preservation of constitutional rights for all.
